Moore Stephens Limited established an office in Gibraltar in 1988 and at present the staff includes persons with legal, banking and accounting backgrounds.
Gibraltar’s unique position as a Dependent Territory of a Member State gives full access to the European Union.  The Financial Services Commission established by the Financial Services Commission Act of 2007 (originally 1989) is responsible for the supervision and regulation of the financial services sector and is subject to regular review by UK and international authorities to ensure that  supervision meets internationally accepted standards.

The majority of our work is trust and company management with a special emphasis on High Net Worth Individuals.
